The order regarding the Jacket and the Coat.

This whole order of the two jackets has turned into a night mere. I would like to have my money back for the coat. I do NOT want a store credit. You clothes do not fit.

The light brown jacket from another company is a 1x. Your companies jacket is 2x. See the difference?

Could you please send us the photo of that size and the photo of the sku No.?
If you mean the size is different from the size chart.
Could you please offer us the picture of the item with SKU and the measurement picture in bust, sleeve length, shoulder length and length. To Gil,
I have sent you pictures of this garment showing it against a jacket that is the right size for me once before.

The black jacket in the picture is your companies jacket that you have sent to me that said it is a size xxl (2x) My light brown jacket I bought from another company is a 1x.

So yeah, it is the wrong size.

Sending my measurements that are as is in this chart. XXL is what you will need to go by. I am short at 5 feet 8 inches tall. But the measurement in the chart for the xxl fit me.

The xxl from Dresslily is not right for United States people.

This issue has been going on since last year. If you can not correct what you have done by sending my money back, or the coat I will have no other recourse but to report this. I don't like what happened at all.

The picture is with a ruler/yard stick over it.

This is taking way too long. I want my money refunded back to my paypal account or the coat.

Refund the money on the coat. I did not get the COAT!!!! Send back the money on that. I do not want store credit because your clothing doesn't fit. What would be the point to getting the store credit? Here is the information regarding the size and measurements needed to correct the this issue.



I have sent your company's support center pictures of this situation more than once. I am sending your company photos again but via this site. You should be able to get them now.








 
This is the difference of what your company has for sizing to what I have here in the United States. Your company has the black jacket in a size 2x. My Light brown Jacket is a 1x. See the size difference?
 
 
 
 
By your request Gil. Here is the size chart and the size I wear is the 2x or xx1 on the chart. Same exact measurements of the chart. Bust=46 inches, waist=39 inches, hips=47 inches, sleeves=24 inches, shoulders=16 1/2 inches. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall.
