Dress Lily did the right thing. The ticket is now closed by me.

Right now I am happy to say that I did get a full refund for my item. And all is good.

I spoke with Tiya in customer service and she took care of it.

I do have to say, I did report the issue to PayPal before speaking with Tiya. So how ever the LORD was in it I will not complain. All is good right now.
I did close the question/ticket as I had said I would once I got what I wanted.


Praise and glory be to GOD for all that HE has done to help with this issue. I do pray that anyone else who has had an issue like this with any company will get justified too.
