I did contact PayPal to put in a complaint about this company. AND this is the latest email on the ticket that they gave me.
Still no full refund...... no coat. Just nonsense.

I love the designs and the price of the garments. I did get the jacket , but not the coat. The jacket came in a small grey bag with the tracking number label pasted over another tracking label. That was not good to see that. I took pictures of this and had sent this out in a reply. I was sent $19.18 and change as a refund by Hassan. But the balance of the cost of the coat is $48.73 from the $67.91. But, the garment I did get was 5 sizes too small, and I will keep it because I have a child that will fit it. I am so disappointed in this whole thing. I was supposed to be a Christmas gifts and was not. I do pray that if there is anyone there that believes in GOD will do the right thing and check to see what happened to the coat. It is not right to cheat people, and if you have someone there that is doing this and you are unaware of it, then they do not need to work there. I have pictures and witnesses at my post office here in the U.S. and the people around me who saw what happened here on my end. If you ship garments in a box....then my jacket was taken out of the box....given the tracking number and the coat was kept. This is why I am upset and disappointed too. If you send the $48.73 to my PayPal account then we will be even and all will be good! Have a blessed day, and peace. |

Dear Tiya, I do not see the payment of the cost of the coat on my PayPal account. If you had put the balance of the cost of the coat there, I do not see it. Put the money into my PayPal wallet, not your store credit. Your clothes do not fit, there is not point to order anything else. The next order of clothes wont fit either. |
