I did get a refund from Dress lily, but since the coat cost me $67.91 the person by the name of "Hassan" refunded $19.18. And then the wallet on their site towards my account has $58.62 in it. Now, this is my thinking. If the garments are not made in my size, (which is for most of the people I have talked to and seen pictures online...) what good would this store credit / "in your wallet" as listed on their site do me? NONE.
From what I have researched Dress lily has been doing this sort of thing for years by checking around the web pages and videos on YouTube by other people. See here:
On YouTube:

https://youtu.be/PS0zwivWEbg
https://youtu.be/uv5ksH3vHns
https://youtu.be/pBXKmeJRCVg
https://youtu.be/NNQU0WIGzVY
And there are more. But you know once your read about everyone elses you will see the pattern of how they scam us.

And there are more. And Face book has the sister companies posting ads there with the same products pictures now.
Watch out for them :
"Fashion Mia" for one. Very same garments in the ads. So yeah, don't buy from these online stores from China. All you are doing is giving them your money to do what ever they want here or wherever they go.
This EBlogger has a good list for where we need to complain and file reports.

Let the Chinese Government know ASAP.
I don't know if this will get your money back, because if the money was spent.....well you know how that will go.
Face book victims and the complaints. You will see that the Chinese who are part of the scam will say the company is great! They need to be reported too, even those who seem to be American. Because they maybe fake made up by the Chinese that hold this account.
And these posts are all found on the Dress lily Facebook account dating back from 2012.
Buyers beware!!!!!
