Dress Lily did the right thing. The ticket is now closed by me.

Right now I am happy to say that I did get a full refund for my item. And all is good.

I spoke with Tiya in customer service and she took care of it.

I do have to say, I did report the issue to PayPal before speaking with Tiya. So how ever the LORD was in it I will not complain. All is good right now.
I did close the question/ticket as I had said I would once I got what I wanted.


Praise and glory be to GOD for all that HE has done to help with this issue. I do pray that anyone else who has had an issue like this with any company will get justified too.

Praise and glory be to GOD for the refund from Dresslily. I had prayed over this and GOD knew what was in my heart. To my surprise and grateful heart the refund was put back into my PayPal account through Hassan.

Dresslily Scams... I Googled it.

Yep. I Googled it. Curious. See with of this I do pray no one else will loose any money from them if all of what I see here is because they are not honest people.

I have not as of today....still no FULL refund.

This is not a way how to run a business.

I feel that the photos you see on their website are from other companies sites....covering up the models faces, and claiming the clothing as their own products. The pictures look like the same pictures from other companies I have seen elsewhere.

If you do look for yourself, take note on these pictures, some have black women in it and those pictures look like the ones I have seen on a site for curvy women on #instagram. You can check this out for yourself.

If they are doing that, stealing from other companies pictures to claim as theirs....that is not right either along with stealing from people who order from them.

So my final solution is NOT to accept the store credit due to the fact that I do not trust them. If I did use the store credit , and got the garment I ordered it would fit a 2 year old. I saw this on their instagram site. Don't know where they got the clothes for these little girls....just makes me wonder.

Dresslily did not give me a full refund yet, just nonsense.

Ok, now the last response was to offer me store credit. Well that is not going to work. The stuff they have will not fit, and that is IF you do get it.

I did contact PayPal to put in a complaint about this company. AND this is the latest email on the ticket that they gave me.

Still no full refund...... no coat. Just nonsense.

I love the designs and the price of the garments. I did get the jacket , but not the coat. The jacket came in a small grey bag with the tracking number label pasted over another tracking label. That was not good to see that. I took pictures of this and had sent this out in a reply. I was sent $19.18 and change as a refund by Hassan. But the balance of the cost of the coat is $48.73 from the $67.91. But, the garment I did get was 5 sizes too small, and I will keep it because I have a child that will fit it.

I am so disappointed in this whole thing. I was supposed to be a Christmas gifts and was not. I do pray that if there is anyone there that believes in GOD will do the right thing and check to see what happened to the coat. It is not right to cheat people, and if you have someone there that is doing this and you are unaware of it, then they do not need to work there. I have pictures and witnesses at my post office here in the U.S. and the people around me who saw what happened here on my end. If you ship garments in a box....then my jacket was taken out of the box....given the tracking number and the coat was kept. This is why I am upset and disappointed too.

If you send the $48.73 to my PayPal account then we will be even and all will be good!

Dear Tiya,

I do not see the payment of the cost of the coat on my PayPal account. If you had put the balance of the cost of the coat there, I do not see it.

Put the money into my PayPal wallet, not your store credit. Your clothes do not fit, there is not point to order anything else.

The next order of clothes wont fit either.
